Leadership and policies
Overview
We are a self governing congregation, independent, but united with our brothers and sisters in faith. Our members make the decisions on our direction, led by prayerful discernment of God’s will for us. Over time, we have developed a constitution and bylaws to guide us in our decisions. We have a number of boards that provide oversight for specific areas of our church life. Participation on a board is a great way to get involved with our church, guide it’s growth, and to develop closer relationship with other members. In addition, many members choose not to participate on boards, but rather to volunteer to lead special events through the year.
